Kimberly Terry and Cathy Pizzini have over 20 years of real estate investment, mortgage consulting, and management experience. Our extensive business and financial background enables us to prepare personalized financial packages tailor made for each of our clients.
Both Kimberly and Cathy believe in giving back to their community and have served in numerous non-profit positions, most recently as President of their respective Rotary clubs. They have been friends and business partners since 1986 and together with ChristineTolmich, Production Manager and Angie Elliott, Processor we have built an award winning group and are honored to be in the top 1% in the nation.
With a guiding belief that education brings wise decisions, both are certified instructors for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission where they volunteer their time to teach courses to new homebuyers. Additionally, they are licensed instructors for the State of Washington, teaching numerous mortgage and investment classes to Real Estate professionals.
Team Evergreen is different than other lending institutions in that we act as both a Banker and a Broker. This flexibility gives our buyers access to more programs then a standard bank, less fees then a broker, and better service then both!

Kimberly Terry
Kimberly Terry (MLO-205713) will be celebrating her 23rd year with Evergreen Home Loans as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist. Having been through the ebb and flow of the housing market many times, she’s uniquely qualified to educate buyers on the best loan programs for any given situation. Kimberly’s passion as a Certified Teaching Instructor for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission and as a Clock-hour Teacher, gives her the advantage to orchestrate a perfectly fit mortgage. Kimberly attended Bellevue College and is a past President of the West Seattle Rotary Club where she volunteers for numerous community and international projects. Her hobbies include spending time with family, collecting books, renovating her 1921 home and borrowing her neighbor’s dog, Sun Dance for long walks.
Cathy Pizzini
Cathy Pizzini (MLO-205704) is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist with 27 years of mortgage, real estate, and customer service experience. She’s also certified by WA State to teach various aspects of financing to Real Estate Agents and first time homebuyers and has a strong belief in buyer education and concrete managed systems. Her extensive business and financial background allows Cathy to prepare a personalized financial mortgage package tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. She’s lived in the northwest for 27 years and currently splits her time between her home in Sandpoint, ID and Seattle. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota in Business Administration. She is a past President of the Kent Sunrise Rotary Club. Cathy’s newest hobby is woodworking, making many creations for her new home.
