Cathy Kimberly Nikko Christine Angie

Any great team has depth of experience and talent, and Team Evergreen is no exception. Complementing and enhancing our wide variety of lending products requires professionals with the expertise to assure that each loan closes ”On Time and As Promised.”

Kimberly Terry and Cathy Pizzini have over 20 years of real estate investment, mortgage consulting, and management experience. Our extensive business and financial background enables us to prepare personalized financial packages tailor made for each of our clients.

Both Kimberly and Cathy believe in giving back to their community and have served in numerous non-profit positions, most recently as President of their respective Rotary clubs. They have been friends and business partners since 1986 and together with ChristineTolmich, Production Manager and Angie Elliott, Operations Manager we have built an award winning group and are honored to be in the top 1% in the nation.

With a guiding belief that education brings wise decisions, both are certified instructors for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission where they volunteer their time to teach courses to new homebuyers. Additionally, they are licensed instructors for the State of Washington, teaching numerous mortgage and investment classes to Real Estate professionals.

Team Evergreen is different than other lending institutions in that we act as both a Banker and a Broker. This flexibility gives our buyers access to more programs then a standard bank, less fees then a broker, and better service then both!

MEET THE TEAM

Cathy Pizzini

Cathy Pizzini (NMLS ID 205704) is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist with 23 years of real estate, customer service, and management experience. She’s also certified by the state to teach various aspects of financing to Real Estate Agents and first time homebuyers and has a strong belief in buyer education and concrete managed systems. Her extensive business and financial background allows Cathy to prepare a personalized financial mortgage package tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. She’s lived in Seattle for 23 years and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota in Business Administration. She is a past President of the Kent Sunrise Rotary Club. Her hobbies include woodworking and restoring her log cabin in Central Washington. Cathy can be reached at 206.774.7595.

Kimberly Terry

Kimberly Terry (NMLS ID 205713) has been with Evergreen Home Loans since 1989. Having been through the ebb and flow of the housing market many times, she’s uniquely qualified to educate buyers on the best loan programs for any given situation. As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and Certified Instructor for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, she specializes in orchestrating a perfectly fit mortgage. Kimberly is a past President of the West Seattle Rotary Club and volunteers for numerous community and international projects; serving elderly, homeless and youth groups. Christine Tolmich

Christine Tolmich (NMLS ID 206342), Production Manager for Team Evergreen, supports Kimberly and Cathy at the beginning of the transaction to ensure that all documentation is provided and that buyers and agents are kept informed of the process along the way. Christine has been with the team since 2002 in numerous capacities and supports Nikko and Angie during peak times. Christine as also been a dance instructor for 16 years in West Seattle and in her “off” time likes to spend it with family, fishing and camping with her husband. Angie Elliott

Angie rounds out the team with over 6 years of mortgage lending experience. As the team’s Production Coordinator, Angie manages the application from the beginning of the process until underwriting. She’s responsible for ordering out the appraisal, title, and setting up escrow. She also supports the team by building marketing pieces and tracking seminars. When not working, Angie enjoys spending time with her husband and 1-year old daughter, as well as enjoying decorating her new home in Maple Valley. Nikko Thompson

Nikko Thompson is Team Evergreen’s Loan Processor. Nikko manages the file from underwriting through funding. Her main responsibility is to close each transaction on time and to make every client and real estate agent feel comfortable and at ease during the process of their home loan. Nikko has been in processing and underwriting for 10 years and has considerable knowledge in the mortgage industry. We are very happy she has joined our team.
