Applying for a Loan

Your loan consultant will review some financial and employment information to determine your loan options. After your personal consultation, it only takes a few days to have your Security Plus Guarantee in hand, and begin looking for homes!

Here are the documents you will need to bring to your consultation:

  1. 2 year history of W-2s, or tax returns if you are self-employed
  2. 1 month history of pay stubs, or year-to-date Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet if self-employed
  3. 2 month history of bank, investment, and retirement statements
  4. Insurance agent contact information
  5. The source and amount of your down-payment (if applicable)
  6. Landlord information (if currently renting)
  7. Divorce, alimony and child support documents (if applicable)
  8. A Purchase and Sale Agreement (if you have already made an offer)
