I founded Evergreen Home Loans in 1987 to help people achieve home ownership through loan transactions that are easy and trouble-free. We started in a modest office in a West Seattle neighborhood. At that time we were a team of just five people, and we were fanatical about making the entire home financing process a better experience for home buyers.
